After a slow start to the snow flying, we decided to do throw a beer pairing party to appease Ullr. Suerte Tequila is handing out free samples and swag. Try out our new menu paired with seasonal beers (at a reasonable price I might add). And of course to set the stage is our local Todd Johnson playing from 7-9. All this goes down December 8th at 6pm, man are we excited to hit the slope this winter!

A $25 beer pairing is really an event in and of itself. Our winter menu is rolling out that same week.

To celebrate Suerte visiting us al the way up here in Silverthorne, we made a special pairing just for them! Handcrafted from 100% Tahona crushed Blue Weber Agave, Suerte Blanco is rested for a minimum of two months in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. An incredibly smooth finish and pleasant herbal, citrus, and sweet notes make it perfect for sipping straight, on the rocks, or enjoying in a refreshing cocktail.
