Lunch, Happy Hour & Dinner

Baked & Brewed in Silverthorne, CO

Weekend Brunch

Weekend Brunch! Saturday and Sundays from 11am-1pm we are serving a uniquely Bakers' Brunch. As people love it more and more, we'll add more and more to the menu!

The Bakers' Brewery is a perfect place for a business lunch, pit stop, or daily indulgence. We offer sandwiches, soups, salads and classic pub entrees.

Happy Hour

Refresh and refuel at the Bakers' Brewery Happy Hour! We were named one of the best Happy Hours in Summit County by The Denver Post. Join us from 3-6 every day for $2 off beers, $1 off wells and wine everyday and 25% off our Appetizer Menu M-Th.

Dinner is a family affair at the Bakers Brewery. Our menu consists of lighter, healthier options, hearty options and a full children's menu complete with crayons.

Cory Forster, brewmaster extraordinaire, makes everyone's day that much better with a cold pint either here at Bakers' or at some bars around town. Our beers span the spectrum from light Buzzbird Belgian Honey Wheat to our Intense Bike Rider, a double red ale, and beyond. Every week new infusions and every month new brews hit the beer board so that every visit counts.
