Daily Baked Bread

The scent of fresh baked breads including focaccia, sourdough, baguettes and hamburger buns waft through the air at Bakers’. Every morning a baker mixes, kneads and bakes all of the bread we have featured on our menu. As the delicious bread smell fades, it is replaced by the smell of double chocolate brownies, milkshake cookies, butterscotch bourbon cookies, secret recipe macaroons and much more. Our fresh bread is our pride.

Summer Farmers’ Market

We also attend the Silverthorne Farmers Market every Tuesday with loaves of our sourdough and some of these sweets. Come visit us from 9-2 during the summer at the Silverthorne Pavilion. Another reason to visit is the Miller Farms truck that lets you fill a ten pound back with their vegetables for $10.

New Bakery Products

Fresh baked soft pretzels are new to our menu! Our homemade pretzels are salted and come with our beer cheese soup, honey mustard and spicy beer mustard.

Sourdough is Different

Our Summit County sourdough bread really sets our menu apart. We make all of our sandwich bread and buns from our Summit County starter.

Did you know that sourdough is location specific? The yeast and bacteria that makes sourdough bread is “caught” from the air and used to make bread.  Each location makes a unique flavor. This is a very similar process to making some sour beers or ‘wild’ beers.
